Max return on Grade A, B and C equipment:
Value for Grade A = 100% of trade in value
Value for Grade B = 75% of trade in value
Value for Grade C = 50% of trade in value



PlanITROI Grading System

(Grade A)
Product is used, 100% functional and has passed OEM diagnostic testing. Complete with all plugables and accessories. Cosmetically in good condition with normal wear and tear based on age and use of product, may have minor case scratches. No LCD Blemishes.



(Grade B)
Product is used, 100% functional and has passed PlanITROI diagnostic testing. Cosmetically in fair condition, more wear and tear than usual. May have missing accessories, item specific. No LCD Blemishes.

Case Cosmetics may include but are not limited to:
Top cover, Bottom Pan, LCD Bezel, KB Bezel, Side and Back: Deep Scratches, Long and/or Many Scratches, Chips and Gouges (not all the way through the plastics), Scuffed or Worn.




(Grade C)
Product is used, 100% functional and has passed PlanITROI diagnostic testing. Cosmetically in average condition has more wear and tear than usual. May have missing accessories, item specific.

Case Cosmetics may include but are not limited to:
Top cover, Bottom Pan, LCD Bezel, KB Bezel, Side and Back: Cracks, Chips and Gouges (completely through the plastics).

LCD blemishes may include but are not limited to:
Screen Burn, Inclusions (unidentifiable marks inside or on the LCD), Water Marks (Ghosting and Graying), Dark Spots, Light Spots, Unusual or Significant Illumination issue (Bright Light From any Edge of LCD), Dark or Significantly Dim, Pixel Issues (Ranging from single pixel to multiple pixel, no lines)




(Grade D)
Products with known functional problems should have all components. Most components are defective, laptops will be shipped with one of the following: Floppy Drive or CD/DVD/CDRW. We may or may not identify all of the defects through our diagnoses.

(Grade Z)
Products with known functional problems, most if not all components are defective or missing. May be incomplete units or in parts.
